I have every intention of keeping up on this blog.. but somehow time just gets away from me. I'm sure those of you with kids can relate. It's a great way to keep in contact with friends, and family. So I hope you continue to read our updates and don't forget to leave a comment!
When I was in my 20's I used to think I had this thing called "life" all figured out and knew which path I was on. Not knowing that I don't get to choose the life I have.. It seems to be already figured out for me, by a greater power who I am just getting to know. And I'm learning how to take the time to listen.
Now in my 30's I'm still not sure what I'm going to be when I grow up. But I've stopped worrying about that and have learned to enjoy life in this very minute. It can be cut short by unfair circumstances or things that are out of our control.
I look at my girls and I'm so thankful for the young ladies they've become. I have truly been blessed! They're respectful, kind hearted and full of love. There is nothing better than after a bad day hearing Liv tell me how proud she is of me (only because she hasn't quite figured out the right words to express her love) and Grace writing me notes to tell me I'm the best Mom anyone could have. It just melts my heart! Then there is Terry, my best friend and the one who makes me smile/laugh/cry all at the same time. We've managed to make it through life's ups and downs (ins and outs) and I find that I love him more now than the day we got married. I'm thankful for the wonderful father, husband, son and friend he is. They have all taught me to "love", and I "love" now more than I ever thought I could. Even with those we don't see eye to eye.. It''s so much easier to love than hate.
So with that I hope you are all enjoying this Holiday Season. Remember those that are close to you and those that are far. The gift of love, forgiveness, gratitude and friendship is a gift that will last a life time.
All our Love!
xoxo

What great insight you have in your message. You certainly have grown in the time that we have known each other into a person with even more dimension then when we were working together. You are a good spirit Sara and good things will come to those who are good to others. Blessed to be a blessing....

Many blessings, Lori Allen
