Yes, Marching on we are.... hoping that Spring is near. As much as winter seems to last forever, it's hard to believe that we're already in the first week of March. Time really does go by too fast. I keep asking the girls to "stop growing".. They've both outgrown almost all of their clothes. Grace is 8 going on 13...She continues to amaze me every day. Yes, she likes to give me a hard time, talk back a time or two.. But she is such a good hearted, intelligent, kind, individual... I learn something new from her every day. She has this great big love for animals.. It scares me some days. She wants to "rescue" everything, and recently asked if she could open her own doggy day care.. I told her sure.. that they could us their stuffed animals and have a pretend one. She thought I was crazy! She really wants to do it and I have no doubt that she couldn't. She loves taking care of all of the animals we have here. She recently bought 2 hermit crabs with her own money.. She's constantly buying toys for the cat.. and it'll be 10 degrees out and she's sitting on the porch with her rabbits, pushing them around in the wheel barrel. She's been taking horse lessons for a while now.. and rather than ride (which most kids would want to do) she ASKS to do chores. She loves mucking the stalls, hauling manure, feeding and giving them water. She will be a vet one day! Or some sort of "animal whisperer".. For her Birthday we're taking some friends and going to the Norwalk Humane Society.. She's super excited about that. We're going to take in some donations and let the girls play with the animals. It just seems like yesterday when we brought her home - in a blizzard of coarse! I felt so clueless on this motherhood thing (still am some days!) I didn't know what to do first or even how to do it! How far we have come... now sometimes I think she parent's me!!
Then there is her sister.. If you've seen the cartoon "Olivia" on Nickelodeon.. that is MY Olivia.. She even thinks it's a show about her and her "family". She is my creative one.. never is bored and is always singing and laughing. She is growing just as fast as Grace - if not faster! Life is one big party for her -and I love it! She has quite the social life. Seems to go a lot more that Grace did at this age. She has her first "tea party" to go to later this week. It's right up her ally! She gets to dress up in her dress up clothes AND bring a stuffed animal.. Life doesn't get much better than that! Olivia wants to be BIG like her big sister.. She looks up to her and idolizes her so much! Whenever we're out she always wants to buy something for Grace and always worries about her. I know that there will be lots of ups and downs for them.. but I hope that they're able have a great relationship and know that they can always count on each other..
I guess I could go on about my girls forever... Me.. I'm still here.. Chasing around the day care kids! Terry is enjoying his new job. He has a long drive every day.. but it doesn't seem to bother him. I think he uses that time to relax before he walks in the door and gets bombarded by us!
I know he's anxiously awaiting golf season.. I could wait on that! I think it's time that I started a new hobby for myself!
We have a busy few weeks ahead of us.. Lots of Birthdays, and special events. Grace's girl scouts is just finishing up.. Which I've agreed to be her leader for next year! Yikes!! But it should be fun.. We need to see if we can find out about 4-H and get her signed up in the Pony Express group. Liv is playing Tball this spring.. I think she wants to play for the social part of it.. I can't see her running around bases! It's going to be fun to watch!
Well that's it for now.. Guess I didn't really have anything new to add. My camera is getting fixed.. so I've been without it for some time. I'm lost without it! So once that's back I'll be sure to add some pictures....
Hugs & Kisses...

Your girls are so lucky to have such a wonderful Mom (and Dad of course)! They are turning out to be two beautiful individuals. I can only hope to be as great of a mom as you! Love ya!
